The End of Summer

The summer is too quickly coming to a close. We have really only had nice hot weather for 2 1/2 months. And while some say this is enough, I am NOT ready for winter to return. I'm kinda ok with the fall like weather we have been having, but that just means winter is right around the corner, and I'm not ok with that. But whether I like it or not summer is ending. So here are some random pictures, that I haven't included in previous posts, of what we have been doing over the summer. Of course they all involve water.

Rietta, Mikkele, and Tienna swimming at Veteran Memorial. This has become somewhat of a tradition to get together with all the friends and go to the pool. Unfortunately mother nature didn't cooperate much this day and our swimming day got cut short.

Playing in the sprinklers at Grandma Dorene's house with Dillon, and at our house with Luke and Carter. Sprinklers were almost an every day occurance.


Tina's mom and dad have a swimming pool in their backyard. So we spent a lot of time over there cooling off. A big thank you to her parents for letting us come swim.
